As with other similar reviews on the upgrade of the app, the My Places section is such a big loss as it was a fantastic feature to be able to see where I had already visited and then wish to visit. I will have to go back to manually ticking my guidebook.

Such a poor decision to get rid of the my places function on the app.

Really need My Places back, it's the main reason I have the app!

Why have you removed the My Places tab, was a handy and great part of the app ☹️ removal of this feature lets ot down.

Extremely annoyed by the removal of favourites in the latest version of the app... having just taken out a membership and started to bookmark the places we wanted to visit. Also disappointed to find that there isn't an option for a virtual membership card

Divided opinion now. It used to be a great app but the function to add places to favourites has been removed. This was a great tool to have. Please add this back and my rating will go up. Could also do with a virtual card on the app. Good to have the maps so you can see how close places are, very nice tool. A lot of information on each place too. Just need the my places back please. No idea why you would remove such a great tool as it let's you keep track of where you have been too.

Very good

Used to be good, but they've removed the best feature - MyPlaces - which let you bookmark places you want to go and mark ones you've been to. There are no plans to bring it back (I contacted the NT directly). So the App is now just a digital version of the handbook and redirects to the website for most bookings.
